At the time of admission, inmates are given a personal money account. Any cash in the inmate's possession at the time of admission is placed in their account, as are other funds received while detained at this facility. Inmates incarcerated in the Collin County Detention Facility can use the money in these accounts for commissary, telephone calls, and Self-Release (Bail). Funds may be deposited in an inmate's account using only the following options:

There is a convenience fee to use this system. Changes will appear on your credit card/checking statements as INMATE PAYMENT.

Inmate Commissary

Inmates incarcerated in the Collin County Jail are able to purchase commissary using their inmate account. Commissary includes food, snacks, and select approved items. Friends and families can also send inmates iCare Packages.
